Performance Measures and Performance Management

Our approach to measuring and managing performance begins with alignment of measures to corporate objectives. We believe good performance should be described in terms of both, ‘Hard Goals’ and ‘Soft Behaviours’. This is critical, as the definition of performance will drive employee behaviours.

To enable a clear line of sight, performance measures must cascade from the organisational level to the individual level. We help organisations in the cascading process. We ensure meaningful quantitative and/or qualitative measures are developed.

We pay special attention to implementation of the Performance Management System. This includes skills training, developing supporting processes, driving a culture change.
