Ms Shubha Narayanan
Shubha has extensive experience in engaging organisations in complex programmes, organisational design and culture change. She specialises in identifying critical issues and supports leaders on mapping the desired change by developing capability and engaging the organisation to deliver on its strategy. She has worked with big names like KPMG and Towers Watson, and brings to the table a very pragmatic approach to solution development. Shubha holds an MBA and a postgraduate degree in law.
Ms Rittu Sinha
Rittu’s approach combines analytic rigour with an understanding of how organisations work. She began her consulting career at Aon Hewitt, where she led various project teams to help clients develop and implement strategic HR solutions to tackle a range of business issues. She also worked with Hewlett Packard, Singapore as the Regional HR Business Partner. She helps organisations shift behaviours that drive performance to achieve strategic goals. She effectively combines her experience in consulting with her industry experience to develop customised consulting solutions.
Mr Ben Hunter
Ben displays a deep understanding of challenges faced by individuals and teams whose performance is critical to organisational success. Clients appreciate him for his ability to connect with both the first-line management and C-suite executives.
Prior to entering the field of executive coaching and OD, he headed the marketing function of a leading B2B media company. He brings with him hands-on experience in leading high performance teams with an in-depth experience in e-commerce, project management and IT.
Mr Lee Ming Tze
Ming Tze has over 15 years’ experience as an advisor to top management in a variety of industries in the private and public sectors. Prior to his stint as a business advisor he headed a Strategic Business Unit for an MNC for over 10 years. A graduate of Psychology and Economics, Mr Lee has also completed his Strategic Marketing Management Programme.
